Would you like to...? is a little more polite than Do you want to...?

invite ask someone to come to a party,your house. etc.

go out for a meal or a drink means go to a restaurant or a cafe/bar

come round come to my home

party a time when friends meet ,to eat, drink, dance, play games, etc.

I'd love to = I want to do it very much (I'd - I would)

That sounds lovely. = I think that's a lovely idea.

That would be lovely. = I would like to do it,

busy If you are busy, you have a lot of things to do.
